that all the Leeds fans out there who treat Lee
like shit should leave him along ; he has done
more for Leeds than any other player and was found
innocent. He is a brilliant player and we would

THE SQUARE BALL SAYS: If
ever there was such a thing as a double-edged
sword, Lee Bowyer would be it. Lee Bowyer's popularity
is very much mixed amongst the fans. On the one
hand he is a great player on the park. He always
gives 100% and scores goals. He does an immense
amount of running and adds to the side. Yet there
is his character and personality which at best
can be described as ugly. Either Lee Bowyer is
a bit of a bastard himself or he has hopeless
advisors ; let's face it, in terms of PR moves,
he makes exactly the wrong ones. If he would commit
himself to the club I'm sure time would heal but
until he does, there will always be an element
saying 'fuck him, let him rot in the reserves.'
Given the way the club and fans backed him and
supported him, not to mention the almost irrepairable
damage he has done to the club, it would not have
been unreasonable to expect some gratitude or
loyalty. At least if he'd gone to Liverpool, Leeds
would be both £9 million better off and
have someone off the wage bill but by not committing
or signing elsewhere, and looking for a Bosman
deal, Lee Bowyer adds yet another cost to Leeds.
One thing's for sure, we will get performance
on the pitch - future wages and signing-on fees
depend on it. Lee Bowyer will continue to look
after himself but if wages in football take a
dive, he might regret not doubling his wages for
the next four or five years at a top club. Aug

when they accepted Liverpool's bid. So it is probably
in the best interest of all parties that the deal

the best player at elland road is staying,lee
will make houllier eat his words saying he's not
good enough for liverpool, Bowyer is the best
midfielder in the world and one of the best players
to ever put on a Leeds shirt people give him shit
about the court case but he wasnt found guilty
of either of the charges unlike the likes of tony
adams and i cant wait till we play the scum and

tit we have stuck by him through all the uterly
stupid things he has done and this is how he repays
us he has done nothing but cause trouble at the
club and if I were PR i would have chucked him
along time ago. The latest outbrake he has made
that he is bieng forced out of leeds is complete

let Leeds down in any way... Lee has BEEN LET
down by the Club, the manager and the Chairman.
Innocent is innocent. Calling him a liar, is calling
him a liar. Waiting 2 years to pounce with an
